All items that are in-stock and can travel via USPS or UPS ship within 3-7 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

We would like to let our customers know that there would be shipping delay in Mid November to New Year Holiday season due to increased order volume. It may take longer than usual to fulfill your order and there also will be a delay in freight. We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We will email you as soon as items in your order ship. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. 

Estimated Shipping Date

The shipping estimates listed on our website are approximate order processing times, provided the item is in stock. Before placing an order, We recommend checking with one of our sales associates to verify the stock on an item.

Furniture and other oversized items travel via freight carriers which may result in extended processing and delivery times. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items require a signature for delivery. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming that your package has been sent. Please note that during promotional periods it may take longer for your item to ship.

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your delivery date. Same day cancellation will result in a delivery fee for the next scheduled delivery.

Lost or Missing Package

For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages sent to mail forwarding providers.

International Orders

6ixth Sense offers worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on live rates from the United States Postal Service or DHL and product weight information. Please note, tracking information is limited for shipments and we cannot guarantee a delivery date on International deliveries.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
